This page explains how White Essence Tracker handles information and how BROWN SUGAR BALLATER LTD approaches privacy in relation to the application.
What information does the application obtain and how is it used?
The application does not collect, log or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity, and this information is not retained or used for tracking.
Does the application collect precise real-time location information?
No. White Essence Tracker does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the application?
Because the application does not collect personal information during normal use, no such data is shared with third parties on that basis.
What are my opt-out rights?
Since the application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the application from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting rosalind4mercer@gmail.com.
Children
The application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher age threshold required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the application to them. Because the application does not collect personal information during normal use, children’s data is not at risk from use of the application alone. If personal information is voluntarily provided by a child through other means, a parent or guardian must provide consent where permitted by law.
Security
Because the application does not collect personal data through ordinary use, the risk of exposure is minimal. Even so, no security system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information it may hold.
Data Retention
The application does not retain personal information gathered through ordinary in-app usage because such information is not collected. If you voluntarily provide information directly to the Service Provider outside the application, that information may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, comply with legal obligations, keep internal records, resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
Data Deletion
If you voluntarily provide personal information directly to the Service Provider and later want that information removed, you may request deletion by emailing rosalind4mercer@gmail.com. The Service Provider will review and process deletion requests subject to applicable legal obligations or legitimate record-keeping requirements.
Data Breach Notification
Since the application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving data that you have voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by posting the updated Privacy Policy together with an effective date. Where required by law, consent to material changes will be requested before the changes take effect. Previous versions may be made available upon request by contacting rosalind4mercer@gmail.com.
Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal will not affect processing carried out before the request to withdraw consent.
